The Repair options in the Khan2Canvas menu are used to repair individual sheets in the spreadsheet. If you notice scores not calculating correctly or other operations producing error messages. Repairing the sheets may help. No data is affected by these operations. You can find the repair menu by selecting Khan2Canvas > Tools > Repair. The options are explained below.
- Courses: Khan2Canvas will attempt to regenerate the formatting and formulas of the sheets for each course.
- Settings: Khan2Canvas will attempt to regenerate the formatting and formulas of the Settings sheet.
- DATA: Khan2Canvas will attempt to regenerate the formatting and formulas of the DATA sheet (this sheet is hidden from view).
- All: Khan2Canvas will attempt to regenerate the formatting and formulas of all sheets.
If your spreadsheet should freeze and you receive a message from your browser saying that the page is unresponsive during any of these operations, refresh the page. Even if you refresh the page, the repair process will continue to work in the background. Note that after refreshing, it still may take several minutes for the spreadsheet to load and/or become responsive again. When it does, wait until your spreadsheet is responsive again before continuing.
