Occasionally, when Khan2Canvas is updated, changes need to be made to the structure and organization of the spreadsheet. If you’ve received this error, it means that your spreadsheet is not configured correctly for the current version of Khan2Canvas. The only way to fix this is to start fresh and complete the setup again.
If you renamed your students in Khan Academy as part of the initial setup, this will be unaffected by completing the setup again.
It’s a good idea to make a backup of your spreadsheet before proceeding since all current data in the spreadsheet will be erased. Then, just launch the setup menu by selecting Khan2Canvas > Setup > Launch Setup and completing the setup steps.
You will not be able to use Khan2Canvas until you complete the setup again.
