If Khan2Canvas finds no students in your Canvas course(s) it is either because there are no students in the course or the students in the course are inactive. Many times over breaks in between school years, institutions will deactivate students’ accounts. They will then be reactivated close to the start of the school year. If a student’s account is deactivated, Khan2Canvas will not load it. You check to see if students accounts are active or not by opening Canvas and going to the People section. Inactive accounts will be noted as Inactive.
