Diagnostics mode is only to be used when troubleshooting the functionality of Khan2Canvas. When diagnostics mode is enabled, verbose error messages will appear, reports are not deleted after processing, and the DATA sheet is made available to view. Diagnostics mode should only be enabled when instructed to do so by support.
