If you find scores are missing, the most common cause is using the wrong Khan Academy report. If you have a number of different Khan Academy reports that you have downloaded, it’s not uncommon for users to accidentally import the wrong report which doesn’t include the most up to date data. Try deleting all the Khan Academy reports you have, downloading a fresh one from Khan Academy and carefully ensuring you import the report you just downloaded.
Sometimes users will also inadvertently upload additional reports that may not include the most up to date data. If multiple reports have been uploaded Khan2Canvas processing them in the order they were uploaded. As soon as it finds a report whose filename contains the Khan Academy class name it processes it and stops. Open Google Drive and navigate to the folder your spreadsheet(s) reside in. Find the KHAN DATA folder and delete everything in it. Download a fresh report from Khan Academy and import it.
