Start by verifying that the assignment in question has a green message above it in the spreadsheet saying “✔ Scores Sent.” If not, and you have started sending scores, Khan2Canvas hasn’t processed that assignment yet. You need to wait.
If Khan2Canvas has finished sending scores and they still are not appearing on Canvas, be aware that it may take up to 10 minutes for scores to appear on Canvas. Khan2Canvas gives Canvas a list of scores and Canvas then needs to process them and update the gradebook.
If scores are still not showing up, check that you initiated the correct type of score sending. If you chose to “Send Selected Assignments” but did not check the “Send:” box underneath the assignment selection, scores were not sent for that assignment.
