The Excess Students warning message will appear when there are more than 200 students in the chosen Canvas course. Khan2Canvas can work with a maximum of 200 students. If you have more than 200 students only the first 200, alphabetically, will be loaded in the spreadsheet.
The No Students warning message will appear when Khan2Canvas found no students in the chosen Canvas course. Many times this will occur when trying to setup a spreadsheet before the school year/grading term has begun. Many institutions will make students’ accounts inactive to prevent them from logging in before the school year/grading term begins. While their accounts are inactive, Khan2Canvas cannot download their data.
