If there are issues with an import data operation, the Import Results dialog will appear. Each section is explained below. If a section does not appear in the dialog, there were no such issues.
No ALEKS Data Found for Canvas Course(s):
Reports for any of the ALEKS class(es) associated with the Canvas course(s) listed in this section were not found. If the Canvas course is a cross listed one, again, no reports for any of the ALEKS classes were found. Double check that your report files include reports for all ALEKS classes. Note that if no reports were found for the ALEKS class(es) associated with a Canvas course, the data for that course was not changed.
Reports Not Found for ALEKS Class(es):
Reports associated with the ALEKS class(es) listed in this section were not found. Double check that your report files include reports for all ALEKS classes. Note that if any of the classes listed here were part of a cross listed course and data was found for other ALEKS classes in the cross listed course, previous data in the spreadsheet was erased and now does not contain data for the classes listed here. Scores for students from the missing classes will be missing.
ALEKS Report(s) Did Not Contain Data:
Reports associated with the ALEKS class(es) listed in this section were found but did not have any assignment data in them. This can be the result of your gradebook not being set up (if you are using time and topic assignments). Additionally, if you have altered the contents of a report at all, it may have resulted in ALEKS2Canvas Gradebook not being able to process its contents.
ALEKS Report(s) With Excess Assignments:
Reports associated with the ALEKS class(es) listed in this section contained more than the maximum allowed number of ALEKS assignments (100 by default). This even after filtering by term date, assignment identifier, and assignment exclusion. If you have configured these settings and are receiving this message, you can try expanding the ALEKS List Length setting but know it may may your spreadsheet slower. If you have not specified term dates, an assignment identifier, or an assignment exclusion, consider doing so.
