Since Khan2GC creates a sheet for each Google Classroom course that is selected, you cannot select the same course more than once and you cannot use two or more Google Classroom courses that have the same name.
If you have multiple courses in Canvas that have the same name, you can try changing the names of the courses in Google Classroom or contact your administrator to have the names changed.
